This intensive is designed and appropriate for AAA, Varsity High School, Junior and College level hockey players only.

Join Coach Grunnah as he teams us with the best off-ice training team in the business - GVN Performance - to bring you an exclusive training experience unlike any other you will find in North America. GPS + GVN will push the amateur elite hockey player to the limit and beyond their comfort zone to provide the off-season turbo boost to help you Find the Speed to Succeed. Plus, players will work with mental performance coach Pierre DeBar to dial in their personal development from the inside out.
Players will have the opportunity to test and measure their skating power output with one of a kind 1080MOTION Technology. The 1080 Sprint is a portable resistance training and testing device used to measure detailed power metrics for sprints, skating, swimming and change of direction movements. This one-of-a-kind technology will provide players with real time, factual data to help breakdown deficiencies and, with the help of our coaching expertise both on and off the ice, move players in a palpable direction toward mastering their stride. Our focus is to provide players with advanced skating techniques used specifically for control, power, and efficiency that translate directly to in-game scenarios.
A Custom (name/number) GPS ELITE jersey and socks by States & Co. is included in the price of the camp.

Monday-Thursday

Registration/Check-in: 1:00pm
Off-ice - Dynamic Warm-Up: 1:15-1:45pm
On-ice - Techniques: Power, Speed + Control: 2:00-3:00pm
On-ice - Tactics: Deception, Compete + Dominate : 3:10-4:10pm
Off-ice w/ GVN Performance: 4:30-5:30pm

4 days: 8 hours on-ice training, 6 hours off-ice training
